Dear All Friends,
Can we discuss today the Subject

Best Purchase DHA Phase 6 and 7

as per my point of View currently the Best Purchase in Lahore is Phase 6 and 7 of DHA , what do you all think ?

in my view phase 5 extn

with price range 55 to 65 you can not buy better location plots than 5 exth
development will also start in next 6 month and location will be much cloder than phase 7
phase 6 you can find anything in 60 lakh

Best purchase is HBFC and statelife phase-1, great potential of profit due to very low purcahse rate

STATE LIFE PHASE 1 fully developed plots are probably the best bargain in the whole lahore market.

I second with Adnan, Price and location wise, Phase 5 ext is the best buy at the moment. Location wise it's much better than phase 7 and some Blocks of Phase 6 and phase 8 as well. Once the development will start, prices will jump atleast 10 to 15 lacs.
Regarding HSBC and Stage Life 1, don't compare apples with oranges, these Societies havn't gain much in last 5 to 7 years as compared to DHA so why they will suddenly gain in next 2/3 years.

Infact prices in Phase 5 ext. are undervalued and has got good potential. Remember the golden rule, Location, location and location specially with DHA label.

JJJ, read question again, it was about best purchase in lahore now which is statelife -1 and HBFC for sure due to extremely prime location and extremely low price and chances are there to shoot.... so in my opinion it is best purchase but its hard to find confirm plots these days in these societies.

@Foqwad, I understood and answered the question rightly. Best purchase in my view is Phase 5 M bloack, there is no comparison between DHA with State life or HSBC.
Investment only goes to DHA and people and investor want to buy only in DHA that's the reason sky high prices there. Give me answer why 1 kanal plot in DHA phase 5 is over 1 to 1.5 crore which is next to HSBC where you can get plot between 35 to 45 lacs?? HSBC will gain but not like the pace of DHA.

@JJJ....this was because HBFC was not having any good approach...now after construction of package-17 with associated roundabout...it has good approach with chances of merger with DHA.... Its always wise to purchase on ground plots. Possession of phase-5 extension may take 3 years but these two societies have on ground plots with chances of rates to go up quickly due to better approach of package-17
