dear lre / experts
I have been following price updates for quite a time on this forum, while the prices of all phases are on the increase but phase 6 is at stand still almost. while phase 8 which is a year away from possession and at least 8 years behind phase 6 has got more prices. is it not strange. the prime phase with golf course and dha office is not increasing in commensurate to its value. while the interchange to approach dha 8 proper is the same as of dha phase 6. the other one leads to dha commercial broadway. your views please

phase 6 has already touched its point of saturation, simple. There could be minor gain in years ahead.

I Think there will be gain a in Phase 6, as more and more houses are coming. But pricesa re all coperative. DHA 6 already gained unrelaistic price in last 3 years.

I agree with Zubair that Phase 6 prices have not appreciated in proportion to Phase 8, whereas there is possession in Phase 6, many houses constructed and being constructed, golf course, schools, DHA office. What is the logic beats me.
