Asslam a alaikum,

Better to invest somewhere in DHA, currently investors from surrounding societies i.e Wapda Town, Buch Villas already switching to DHA. Prices already decreased there. Hope you got the point.

@ Wapda Town Multan Phase 3:
Bro, Wapa Town or surrounding socities cant compete the brand and standard of DHA. I am from Multan and have investment in DHA Multan. I prefer to wait for DHA Multan to develop instead of putting my money in a society which is already under immence pressure due to DHA Multan.

you can invest in wapda town phase 3 but after map released and get approved by MDA. They are trying to do house in order at the moment. DHA and Royal orchad also good option depend on your funds.
