Can somebody explain to me the difference between a PROPER allocation file for DHA Phase 5 10 Marla and an allocation file.
I have an allocation file of 10 Marla in DHA Phase 5. No block is mentioned on the letter.
Please explain it to me if you can because some ads announce allocation
files with block names.
