URGENT ADVICE NEEDED
Asalam Alykum,
I am in Rawalpindi/Islamabad for the next 5 days only and need to invest in few good plots etc in order to build my house in 1 year time inshAllah.
Please advice where to invest? Price should not be high though I can waive this requirement if the return is of a good potential.
How is the Bahria phase 2 or 4 in Rawalpindi?

If your budjet is more than 10 Million rs as you mentioned PLOTS not plot only then,only try to buy plots in DHAI Phase 1 and 2 due both phases are ready for contsruction and people are rapidly constructed homes,secondly this are the only trusted and well planned society in Rawalpindi with afforable price
i will not suggest you to invest in Bahria town due since its opening from phase 1 to 8 noone is construting home there you can visit yourself so you can have better idea. good luck |

e/11 is best in islamabad as well as cheap and future of this sector
is very bright.

E-11 is the best and safe sector for the construction of house and also for investment purpose. I will not recommend DHAI or any area of Rawalpindi.If your budjet is not more than 20 lacs then invest in E-16 or G-15 sectors. |

I am living in Islamabad and know the quality of development work in E-11. As per my understanding it is not as regular CDA E sector. It is much much lower. So I would recommend Asif sb to look for F series sector. But DHA is also a good investment.

Further calrification to your question, I would suggest that you personally visit DHA and Bahria Town. Both are good. I bet that Bahria phase 1-6 are excellent in shape and lots of construction going on and you wont see such kind of development in entire Pakistan as Bahria town is doing. In my opinion in future there will be a time after 1-2 years that Bahria town will rise very high as the population is expanding towards that side. I must say excellent development in Bharia Town. Lowest investment in Phase-8 would bring excellent result after 3-4 yeas where yourinvestment will be double triple or nearly touch DHA prices as Bahria town has wrapped all excellent areas and construction is removlous. DHA is also good phase-1 specially sector- A of DHAI will rise high. So you practically visit and see what I siad you will find truth.
Donot underestimate Bahria now in Future biggest Asia shopping mall is under construction now in phase 3 and 4. University has been built with excellent structure and nice looks. We should admit the facts that Malik Riaz and Bahria Town set the modern living standards in Pakistan and they are prving it like international standards and DHA is now following the standards of Malik Riaz. |
