What is the size of land of DHA Gujranwala project? It seems DHA Gujranwala management is sleeping. No development, no news ? Have they acquired most of the land?
We never talk about it.
I remember sultan bhai gave his views 2-3 weeks ago but could someone answer above queries.

ctually phase 1 was supposed to b of 3300 acres but later I heard it is extended till 4000 acres .
Once I heard that nearly 27-2800 acres are acquired but after this, I am also not updated on the current status.

I guess DHA Guj is bit like peshawar no news , no work , no update . Dealers are not promoting as much .
Having said that its not far from Lahore and has very good location.

Ager one kanal buy karna tab file be thek hai qk aksar uski location achi hi hote hai but 5 marla or even 10 marla lazman ballot k bad

Currently cash file of one kanal is already on 45-46 .So better invest after ballot .
5 Marla is looking better option, if someone want to invest now .There is rumor that it will b balloted first ..
But it is not an official news

Tax Return- Non Resident Pakistan

Dear Expat Brothers,
I am Non resident Pakistani living in KSA since 5 years . i received one letter from FBR to submit the Income tax return by 31st March. I need to know what should be appropriate response in such scenario? and What about deceleration of assets and other stuff?
Appreciate if some one can share his personal or expert opinion.

AOA try to get hold of some good tax consultant.for TY 2018 the submission form was very easy (only one small form , for Non resident Pakistan having no source of income in Pakistan) was supposed to submitted (No need of Assets declaration or reconciliation etc) but I still recommend to use some Tax lawyer.I am also a Non resident & filing the tax last four years & had gone through a couple of audits as well :) .I am out of china but still be reached at via whatsapp or imo

So far I have paid 205Lac as down payment/installments. (One only last installment is due on 15-May-2019)

Should I keep it for sometime or sell it now?
