dear sir if you want steady, peacful and solid gains buy one kanal good location Plot in Prism, in sha Allah double than this price ( a very careful and pessimistic figure)
and if you can manage to cope with fluctuations, surprises, delays, invest in DHA Files, despite fluctuation good jumps will keep coming on each leap
1 DHA Multan
2 DHA Bahawalpur
3 DHA Gujranwala

will give much more than double on possession

Aziz bhai try to find good location plot in "A" block PRISM. If you have budget still available price is good to go for 3 to 4 years investment. You can also look into P,Q,D,C,G,F,H good locations in PRISM as well. But hopefully A,B,C has an edge of underpass comming from phase 5.
"In shaa ALLAH" expectations of good PRISM boost is expected near Eid as well. According to my sources dealers are again active for buying in PRISM.
Tip: Try to buy on GOOD Location. Its your hard earned money try your level best to think hard & Invest in good projects.

DHA Multan

In my personal opinion commercial launch rates are over priced by ~ 20% and residencial plots are overpriced by ~ 12%. Its a rough estimate and will soon share detailed analysis. It is not a negative review but just an opinion considering Multan location and demographics.
