Today saw this and looks DHA RAHBAR phases MNP will be handed fast as infrastructure almost developed. phase 1 and 2 already has possession these were 3 extra blocks of phase 2 FGH etc blocks.
DHA RAHBAR is on Raiwind side DHA PROPER project. Because on this side DHA presence is very little only EME is the only other developed phase so intense interest of small home buyers and investors who wants DHA name and all that which comes with it.

What do you think its price will be after 2 years keeping in mind current development happening in area?
When will be possession?
How many floors can be built in commercial is it G+2 and can each floot be sold separately.
