According to the above post highest price for 5 marla is 56 while people asking even 65, might be something wrong either in the market or with the prices of above post.

The maximum price figure is more like an average price of a plot available in the market at the moment. This is also reflected in the prices mentioned on LRE website; with a plot on the main road asking for 65 lacs. Anyway did people note a sudden jump in the prices of Haloki Gardens Phase 11 yesterday; those prices were not moving for a long time. I am sure you will see a similar jump in prices of DHA Town as soon as the news of the development of the main road spreads across the market. There are also reports that Phase 5 M-block underpass contract has been awarded to FWO and is on Chief Ministers' desk waiting for approval. Also, there are reports that an underpass will be constructed to connect Phase 6 with the main road of DHA Town in the near future. Lets gear up for more positive news and not worry about the prices above as these prices will adapt whether people like it or not. LRE price updates for other pet projects include the upper end prices while these updates reflect a biased measure.

For the very first time i will disagree with CMY sb as the max price of good location plots either corner or facing park is above 60.
I ve seen tranfers at this rate.......

Although the prices quoted above by CMY is relatively low, but normally he just gives an average price on which most of the plots are being traded in the market (excluding the main road, corner or facing parks etc. which are on the higher end 60+). On top of everything, DHA Town has not been favourite of CMY atleast during the last 2 years or he has some inside news ))))

I have also some investment in Town and holding it.

If a maximum of 55 for DHA Town is an average price, then why don't we see a maximum of 80 + development charges for Prism as that is the average price of a plot in Prism. Instead we see a maximum of 110 in Prism which is the correct maximum for Prism but 55 is not the true maximum in the case of DHA Town.

actually I am sorry, and with all my respect for Mr.CMY, DHA town is not his favourite although prices are 60+ but his post shows a maximum of 55 which is clearly stating his interest in this project.

he is not even commenting on a progress of main road construction which is connecting Bedian road to existing main boulevard of DHA Town,

if you guys remember he always recommended R block over DHA town, not sure about the reasons.

he mentioned many times that DHA may connect Town via R block new Road coming from phase 6, but now case is different and DHA is proceeding to connect Town with bedian road via existing main boulevard,

anyhow, Mr.CMY is very helping and honest, it is not necessary that all the projects are his favorite.

Dear EJ,

I also have a lot of respect for CMY and really appreciate his work. What I don't understand is that CMY provides every kind of information to the public but not much about DHA Town. This project has offered 400% returns in past 5 years but how many times has he recommended it? Anyway, I agree with almost all of the recommendations he makes and if this project is not his favourite and if he sees it as a competition to Prism instead of the biggest reason why Prism performed well than its his opinion and we respect that too. I think the success of DHA Town in the coming months and years will define the success of Prism itself as DHA Town remained underpriced, it is the gateway to Prism, the first houses and commercial activity will be observed in DHA Town. So these two projects are very much the heart and soul of each other.

secondly, I am not against prism, but where is Prism??? ohh I think on papers yet, yeah, I think I am right.

No comments. Lets stay civilised and discuss with valid points instead of fighting it out. I like both DHA Town and Prism for what they offer. The only difference to me is the DHA Town is undervalued and it is the safest high return investment for the next 6 months to 2 years.

Dear mustafa: do you see any future of buying Dha twon files above 1500 series at 37.25 rate ?
As per CMY sahib, new files will get bad location near to village.

So why one should buy these files if he can get a good location plot in prism R..

I don't advice in favour of buying DHA Town files. The last ballot allocated decent plots to the file owners, so there is a risk of getting worse plots for the remaining files. At the moment R-block is almost land locked, no one will construct houses there for years even after posession as it is secluded from remaining Prism and DHA Town. Posession plots in DHA Town are best for short-term and medium-term investment. File's in any balloted phase are not recommended.
