It' is already over priced.
Buy 10 Marla 9-ext. as it is highly underpriced and will rise rocket high in few days. .

Shah Sahib please don't screw people with illogical predictions. Mr Buyer please don't listen to anyone on this site or dealers bec they have there own motives. Truth is 9 extension 10 Marla is never going to be more than the price of prism or phase 7 10 Marla file. 9 extension will not have any future for 20 years because Prism won't have any future for at least next 10 -15 years. Bhai I have been investing in Dha since past 20 years now and every single time they come up with new phase they say fast pace development and all the promises but the truth is people who invested in phase 7 and 8 years and years ago they still don't have possession

It seems you have been investing wrong for the past 20
Years.
I nevr said 9-ext. will ever cross prism I just said percentage gain in 9-ext. is more as 9-ext. 10 marla is 33 lacs and prism 10 marla is 49 lacs.
See the huge difference.
Trust me 9-ext. gona shoot in few days to 37-38 lacs to manage market correction.

Mr Shah what really needs to happen or will happen is Prism 10 Marla price need to come down few lacs for market and correction and 10 lacs plus development charges with just a promise to have a possession of a plot in 15 years. Mr Shah I have nothing against you or your comments but just ask your self if the current prism prices makes sense to you? Because it does not make any sense to me.

Uncle JK i'm pretty much sure in past 20 years you have made hell a lot of money through investing in Dha various phases but still you are bad mouthing dha prism and other phases. Why??? If it does not viable to you any more tou please BAZ HE AA JAIN. If you were an investor then i wonder why did you need possession?

My respected brother please always Wright only on issue type and not personally. It's bad sign and degrade personality.
As type in also think that prism lahore will be ready nearly 2025. Even shahbash to dha management if they deliver it in 9 years time.
It's prices are over as investment now

for last 6 to 8 months some guys on this forum predicting prism prices will be adjusted.. but to their dismay ground reality is different..still ppl are not able to find good plot easily...as owners know still a lot of juice left to extract... so they will keep on holding this safe and profitable investment..

listening for the last one year that prism prices will fall repeatedly but in fact prices only increased in all blocks of prism
