Dear LRE, What is the current price DHA Gujranwala 10 marla file? I am interested in buying.

i visited the site, so far nothing on ground in terms of development ..but surely they acquire big area as per my source. On other hand signal free Pindi bypass is going to enhance DHA GUJ value.

Location is not great and it is Midway between Wazir Abad and Gujranwala, also next to it necely developed DC Colony have rates very near File Plus development charges where it is heavily populated and ahev better location

DHA & Bahria are top societies in Pakistan so we got one (DHA) and i wish one day Bahria Town also come to Gujranwala. :)

What u are saying is DHA GUJ File 29 Lac + 15 Lac (deplmnt fee) = 45 Lac, for 1 kanal in DC colony.

Pls leave ur number or email i want 5 plots at this price :)

the price of 10 marla in DC Colony is above 70 Lacs.

Dha Gujranwala land acquisation underway since last 3 years near Gakkhar, which is more towards Wazirabad than Lahore side with a slow momentum. Might take a while to get enough land to ballot.
