Bahria Town Phase 9, RWP/ISB

I've seen the interview Mr. Kamran Khan has taken of Mr. Malik Riaz appr 3 days back. Although Mr. Malik Riaz has said that Phase 9 is under development, but most of the real estate agents have informed me that Phase 9 has been scrapped & sold to Defence. At present I've one plot fully paid & can retain it. Please advise.
Further he has indicated that all his projects have been handed in time to the allottees. Kindly conform what date/year was given for Phase 9 development.
