Dear All,

Is any update on the Green Palm Gwadar. The investors have almost paid more than 30% of the land cost so far. But nothing concrete is visible so far anywhere.
1. Should investors continue paying installments?
2. If anything adverse about this society (if any), please share your thoughts.

Should have posted this question after 2 years minimum. Abhi tu bhai lambi taan ker bhol jayeen Green Palm ko . Its a long long term investment.

Sir you should keep paying your remaining charges, Currently any investment in Gwadar is a long term investment, don't expect high short term gains in current market. In the long run it would be a very good for you.

Khalid I have realized for Bahria orchard and some times Rahbar rates are not very accurate in this forum check with others too as I am sure your plots is worth 60ish plus atleast, By the way its 10 marls and Mr Mubeen Asghar have priced as 49 lacs.

Dear Sir,

I already had a chat with Khalid Bhai, there was a little mistake from my side, I thought it was of a south block of GVR, later Khalid Bhai corrected me with the Orchard Southern, Currently it's around 59,60. And Rahbar files are very rare in market, their rates are changing on daily bases depend upon their availability, hope they will have a very strong gain in near future. Thanks for your correction and accept my apologies.

Does anyone have any update on Green Palm Gwadar Project?
When it was marketed , it was expected that development work will start in March 2017. Since then no update , no media coverage of the project.

Should we continue paying installments even if no update on development activities is received? Please advise.

The plot is near boundary, on Rohi Nalla side with 40 feet road, Waqas's estimation seems almost right. But during last two weeks of Ramadhan, it may gain couple of lacs.

Khalid Sb.,I think you mixed up my plot and Bashir's, he hasn't been quoted a price by Waqas.

Bashir if I'm not mistaken your plot is not a corner plot rather next to corner ,and at end of society and near Roohi Nala with 40 foot road. I think it's around 60-65. I agree with Khalid, prices are going up daily right now.

1. Yes Phase 9= prism(but do remember Phase 9-ext=phase 10)
2. Yes. Possession expected in 4-5 years
3. A/D/C are best blocks
4. File price in A/D good/best location is 100-125
5. Development charges for 1 kanal are 19.5 lac
