I visited this society 1.5 months ago. While road were not as good as DHA - they were certainly not broken. The society seemed to be safe - safe to an extent that I found kids playing outside without much concern to safety

I am overseas Pakistani. I want favorable guideline from the forum, thanks in advance for your valuable comments.
I bought property in Pakistan, now I want to know the safe and good way to transfer the money to seller. My options are
1:- Pay order from my account in Pakistan.
2:- Check from my account to seller account in Pakistan.
3:- Cash payment from my account in Pakistan.
4:- Transfer remittance direct to seller account from abroad.
5:- Option 1,2 or 3 if any other taxpaying account in Pakistan.
Kindly note that I don’t have taxpaying number in Pakistan.

Pay order is the best option. It will keep records straight for any eventuality as per government rules.
Never transfer money to someone else's account from abroad. He will be black for you and white for him. Always transfer to your account and keep all documentation for your record.

PO from your account in Pakistan.

Transfer remittance into your own account in Pakistan and then make purchase order from your account in favour of the seller.


Don't worry about Tax number. Do the legal procedure all other matters will come in line.

My two cents, transfer amount to your account in Pakistan and then pay from your account through pay order. You will have to pay withholding tax but it is safe and authentic way. Keep copies of your transfer, encashment certifcate issued by your bank and pay order. You will have no problem in proving the source of funding if asked by FBR later.

Transfer money to your account from outside Pakistan. You can only take benefit of remittance if it is received in your own account. If you have time, quickly fill last three years returns and become of filer. It will save you lots of additional payments.

Always pay from your account in any banking mode. Dont pay cash. It will be considered black.

Normal way is to send money to your account in Pakistan and then make a bank draft and hand it to the seller once the plot is being transferred on to your name in DHA. save the remittance receipt as it will be required later to claim it is remitted money.

Dear NMS,
Adopt a very simple, neat and clean strategy.
In my opinion, either don't buy or sale if you don't have time.
Trust yourself (90%), come and complete deal by yourself. This may require you to spend some additional money but save you from lot of risks especially from the people whome you trust.

I will be away for a while again

Dear friends I am fully exhausted running website and running 100s WhatsApp groups together with taking 100s calls answering emails SMS and coordinating deals etc so couple of days ago I have requested LRE management team for at least few months off time from running the website affairs.

I simply dont have enough energy or time anymore to run everything by myself and desperately need some oxygen.

Khan-114, you have in fact pointed towards another issue with PMLN policies. Despite being in many federal govts and Punjab govts they unfairly invested a lot in Lahore rather than improving rest of Punjab and Pakistan.

Esi reason ki waja se Bangladesh bna tha. Aur Nawaz govt UB CPEC ma b yehi kr rahi h. Instead of improving lesser developed areas of balochistan, Punjab, KPK and sindh they are spending most of the CPEC amount in mega projects of their electoral interest. Ye Lahore ka nahi pooray Pakistan ka pesa h. Even CMY has pointed this in one of his past posts. Hum ne Bangladesh khonay k bad b koi lesson nahi seekha.

I think that by this Jalsa, Prices will go high in Raiwind area and this is the best time to purchase a plot there. I think may be 20 to 25% increase in Raiwind Area is expected. People now know that Imran Khan like that area and will invest heavily in that area.

Recent update is that Ring Road has started policing loop-3 strip inside bahria, they have already demolished bahria boundary wall in that portion from where LRR-3 would pass. and moreover affectees in Bahria town have already been given the forms by Bahria Management about the compensation options which they can opt to.
The other areas of LRR-SL would be equally beneficial.

People give such arguments against Fazaia for the past one year and prices are almost double. Fazaia even after devided remain a beautiful liveable gated society. There is no commercial inside residence areas so it can be kept gated
