This critical project is scheduled for completion by late 2026 or early 2027, which will render Sectors A, C, and Prism 100% flood-resilient.
Since its launch in 2014 and possession handovers in 2017, DHA Peshawar has shown massive appreciation, with current land
prices standing strong at 3.70 Crore to 3.75 Crore PKR. The society offers a highly secure, gated environment with boundary walls, 24/7 security, filtration plants, schools, banks, and mosques.
