My recent experience with LRE (Mian Fawad)
Slam o Aliqum. I have purchased a DHA phase 13 (1-kanal) file from LRE. My contact person was Mian Fawad. Here i am sharing my experience from day 1 to transfer day.

Being overseas Pakistan it is difficult to purchase some thing without coming to Pakistan. But LRE makes things easier for a common overseas Pakistani who can not come to Pakistan. In my experience Mr.Fawad really shows his professionalism and kindness. He guide me from token to transfer completion (Where i send him token money from abroad). All things were crystal clear.

Actually i aware about DHA 13 transfer open from his youtube video :) He share his videos from LRE Chanel.

I am very thank full to Mr. Fawad for his gentleman attitude and service.

In last want to wishing him a wonderful carrier in property industry. :cl :cl

You should check his professionalism or any of LRE team member when you would want to sell this file. Buying is always welcome at LRE but not selling.

@ALi they did not making anyone fool . they have to work whether slump or boom , In slump it always seem like they are fooling and in boom it always feel like they are serving Property and people its not their fault but market direction to blame.

anyone buying in DHA ph 13 or bought in DHA bhawalpur or multan or will buty in DHA queeta , you can blame your timing but still everyone will make money over their investment in coming time.

چیف جسٹس نے ریمارکس دیتے ہوئے کہا کہ لیزپرلی گئی زمین پر پیکیجیز مال بنادیاگیا،لیزختم ہوچکی ہے توحکومت نے زمین واپس کیوں نہیں لی؟ بتائیں آپ نے پیکجزفیکٹری کیلئے زمین کب لیزپرلی؟۔ پرویز حسن ایڈووکیٹ نے عدالت میں بتایا کہ دوفروری 1957 کو 30 سال کیلئے زمین لیزپرلی۔ چیف جسٹس ثاقب نثار نے کہا کہ کتنی زمین تھی؟۔ درخواست گزار نے جواب دیا کہ 231 کنال 19 مرلے زمین پیکجزکولیزپردی گئی۔ چیف جسٹس نے کہا کہ بورڈآف ریونیو،ڈی سی کہاں ہیں؟۔ سپریم کورٹ نے ڈی سی اوربورڈآف ریونیوحکام کو 20 منٹ میں عدالت پہنچنے کاحکم جاری کر دیا ہے ۔ایڈیشنل ایڈو وکیٹ جنرل کا کہناتھا کہ مالکان 2015 سے لیزختم ہونے پرکرایہ ادانہیں کررہے۔ چیف جسٹس ثاقب نثار نے کہا کہ عدالت سرکاری اراضی کی کسٹوڈین ہے۔

چیف جسٹس ثاقب نثار نے ریمارکس دیتے ہوئے کہا کہ ڈی سی کہتے ہیں لیزمیں توسیع کیلئے 4سال سے درخواست پڑی ہے۔ پرویز حسن کاکہناتھا کہ پیکیجیز مال،فیکٹری کی زمین قانونی طورپرلیزپرلی گئی۔ چیف جسٹس ثاقب نثار نے کہا کہ آپ کی لیز ابھی منسوخ کررہے ہیں، آئندہ لیزاوپن آکشن کے ذریعے دی جائےگی۔ چیف جسٹس کا کہناتھا کہ ایل ڈی اے کے سا رے پٹرول پمپس کی لیزمنسوخ کی،پہلے 15 ہزارسالانہ آتاتھااب ڈیڑھ کروڑمل رہے ہیں۔

سپریم کورٹ نے پیکجیز مال کے وکلاءکو پانچ بجے دوبارہ پیش ہونے کا حکم جاری کر دیا ہے ، چیف جسٹس نے ریمارکس دیئے کہ تیاری کےساتھ پیش ہوں،آج دودھ کادودھ پانی کاپانی کرناہے۔عدالت نے کہا کہ لیزمیں توسیع کی درخواست التوامیں رکھ کر پیکیجیز مال کوفائدہ پہنچایا گیا ۔

The owners of packages are the richest family - with Abida Hussain's dad owning 50000+ acres of land. Still they are looting government land. I believe LUMS is just a whitewash over the sins of these robber barrons

Packages was always willing to renew the lease and pay the lease amount to Government but DHA wanted this land to be given to them and hence was not letting the lease to be renewed. This case was also so quickly put up for CJ notice by pressure from DHA. Packages owners are one of the very few credible businessman in Pakistan and if you treat them like this then who would be left to do business in Pakistan. May be DHAsss only.

I agree with Nousherwaan and Truth. Packages Group is one of the capable and transparent business family investing and pulling foreign investment into the country education, jobs, training etc in all over Pakistan. People who say they can live without everyday consumables are first in line for those things and throwing tantrums on everything and first in line to leave the country after destabilizing it.

Disagree with Habib. Any spending on infrastructure at the expense of heavy loans is unacceptable. Not good for our future generations.

On top of that poorly and ill executed projects are a liability to maintain. Spending should be proportionate to needs not for the sake of political scoring. Remember metro bus was started by Shahbaz Sharif as a consequence of IK's Lahore jalsa. Extremely unfortunate!

AOA everyone .i hope everyone did good during this phase 9 ballot .as far i can see on this site ,mostly people had very high expectations from 5 marla plots.i mean the most who r unhappy with their locations r 5 marla owners.personally i think its better to spend 3 or 4 lakh more and see and select your home location.thats why gambling is never good because odds r very high.6000 5 marla plots and only 300 + corners available or 140+ park facings.i think now most of investors will flush out their bad locations plots(65% of them)by working closely with their dealers.a whole new net will be prepare for new customers to trap them for next 4 years ..all the best everyone ..

To me it is Good access point of View You can exit from ashian Housing then along Nallah 0.8 KM to Azam chowk and Kamhan road, The Road is Bit Narrow but double.
The bad feature is you are on the Outer side of Ring road so sort of disconnected from main DHA 9, But at this place there will be underpass to goto DHA 9, I would say keeping 5 Merla in Mind this is good location. Price can only be determined by CMY after a Month or so when supply and demands will start I also consulted him for a Kanal plot price

G 391 Kanal is average Plot Centrally Located have 3 access points
1 Through Kmahan road 4.9 KM
2 Though LRR Gajumattah 6.5 KM
3 Through DHA Town and phase 6 interchange 12 KM
I will keep such plot both for future gains and making home, It hard to find a plot with no bad features, access is problem of all DHA 9 even best locations.
It is also near 150 Feet road

P 830 Kanal is not rectangular Plot, there is small pocket in front of it , if taken by DHA then good otherwise price will be low, There is also a big encroachment just 2,3 plots away.
Better to switch to better location

a mixed type of day it was , i had one file and i hold it till balloting on suggestions of cmy and following real estate trend , and will do same for time to come as i have holding power .

i got ok located plot , only issue bit comfort factory surrounding made me little discomfort :) ( only GOD knows future may be this factory sort out by dha or become a garbage store ) but a happy ending i must say it is 8/10 my guess .


history repeating cmy advice's always pay me in my case , but as i mentioned mixed type of day because on one hand i saw people in panic attack started blaming cmy specially overseas without any patience and watching map , ALLAH hidayat de asa sb ko . jo faida mein sth or loss mein ankhain dekhaty hain blky loss ke shk mein tehkkek kya bgair.

but one major thing which disappoints me . may be its happening from long even in all phases it happened of dha or all but truly all 5 marla and 10 marla blocks beside k bit. all others are bad , worst or with corners etc average for 5 marla and on other hand i want to tell some one about his plot kanal location but when i saw it near naala and beside nalla near boundary too and near nalla a village is there i felt pain and i was unable to write about his plot so i avoided any info .


p.s very mixed type of day , emotional . now sleeping but i was better last night though my plot is safe and sound .

B22, is Good Corner very near 150 Road almost there, Your success is if DHA Could acquire private land to open access through Formanites, there is other private land in the way as well, Look distant in access at this point
Gajumattah is Distant, DHA 6 interchange is distant, so access will be bad, I Hope DHA Could acquire land in Formanites ext and Connect it to LRR which will give you access to service road leading to Sui gas interchange

Q 256 is not a good Location is small areas acquired by DHA surrounded on all sites by unoccupied land, Also This Block is Most eastern end near Baidian road, Better to sell it ASAP and switch at this time to better location adding 10 lac.
If DHA takes all arround this Land and revises the map then you will be lucky

Yes it is there LLR But no interchange here that is only at frozepur road.
But Big minus is also there, 5 Merla Plot Transfer expenses are not too Lot why I should not change location spending 4 Lac which will be 14 Lac in 3 years. Again if you need Money in 2018 you may have to wait long to sell it but good or average location can be sold in one month

Sir, first of all I would like to take this opportunity to wish you for good health and prosperity. You are really doing a great favor for Pakistani people especially NRPs.

I am currently living in Dubai and really worried about to know the ballot result of my subject file. This file was converted into allocation in Dec 2013.
When I checked the ballot result on DHA website I could not find allocation number exactly matching however I fount 9/OL/4069.

I really don't know the difference between OL and OLO and believe that you the one who can help me to come out of this big trouble. Sir I unable to sleep because of this problem. Please help me. JazakAllak

@CMY & @Aslam brothers; Difference between OL and OLO is that OL is normal issued file to a civil buyer whereas OLO is Army officer issued file, Now those brothers who have purchased files from Army Officers have OLO on their files. These files have been included in normal ballot and listed in end of One Kanal ballot list. If you do not found your file then it depends upon your time of purchase due to not updation of record at DHA so contact seller(Army officer) because their ballot results are with them.
I hope point is cleared for OL and OLO.

If you bought it with OLO its may have been converted to 9 /OL /004069/ If you are a civilian and not from army

I am a civilian working in Dubai and purchased this file one week ago. Therefore what I understand is after transfer of this to my name it is automatically changed from OLO to OL and my plot no is B 245 which is cornor by the grace Almighty Allah.

@CMY & @Aslam & @RA; OLO can not be changed in OL, As @RA purchased file just one week before ballot so his file has been balloted on name of army officer in GHQ so contact him for plot number. I also purchased same like file and my file is listed in normal ballot list of one kanal at the end with same OLO. Thanks

4 years ago DHA got our designed maps of Anmol and from me because they were looking to merge it into DHA9. Dont know current status of merging.

Margalla view housing society is the first society in Islamabad who got NOC from CDA, it is a CDA sector and in the limits of ICT and developed by private companys ,NOC can be checked on CDA website, I have personally visited this sector, the development work is 100% completed and lot of people are constructing their houses and plazas.Mr.laiq has no knowledge about Islamabad and it has become his habit to spread negative news.

Nawazish sahib, Thank you for writing correct website address of MVCHS,actually i had used "double L" with margala word and now it is clear in fotos the construction of plazas and houses are being build there.It is also clear that MVCHS is the first society in zone-II who got NOC from CDA.
