Pl explain why there is a difference of 8 just lakhs between 10 M and 1 K file in case of DHA Multan whereas difference in 10 M and 1 K file of DHA Gwa is almost 15 lakhs. Thx

I might be wrong but its because of over supply of 1 kanal affidavit file in multan. as dha is still buying land in multan and issuing 1 kanal affidavit.. where 10 marla is small in no. and associated /available with only one mail dealer based in multan.
cannot comment on dha gujrawala. but seeing the price and trend of 10 marla and 1 kanal in dha prism one can say that price difference on 15 lacs is normal.
where as price difference of 8-9 lacs make no sense at the moment . its far better to buy 1 kanal dha multan at 46 instead of 10 marla at 37. even buying dha multan 1 kanal phase 1 ext. at 31-32 is better buy than 10 marla phase 1 in a longer run.

Although I mentioned to opt for corner, park facing or main boulevard plot but still couldn't get it.

I mentioned local address, may b thats the reason i didnt get corner plot. But i am disappointed to see the map, such narrow roads, even main boulevards are 40 Feet mostly, parks hardly 3 kanals.

@Aman, you have to call and request them to tell you plot number. Else wait for the letter, which may come in about 2 weeks time at your residential address.

mine is in M7C(4) bit disappointed because the plot is at boundary wall but near to the commercial area. out of optimism :), I am hoping M7D will be starting right after the boundary wall. :D

Dear LRE /Friends,

Does anyone have any update on Green Palm Gwadar Project?
When it was marketed , it was expected that development work will start in March 2017. Since then no update , no media coverage of the project.

Should we continue paying installments even if no update on development activities is received? Please advise.

Are affidavit files blocked by DHA MULTAN?

I paid token money to a DHA MULTAN authorized dealer based in Multan when the rate was around 33.5 He still has not gotten me the file. It has been more than two weeks now

When I called him, he says that DHA Multan has blocked affidavit files and that I would get one as soon as they open them. I don't know what to do.

Seniors and the LRE team, please guide.

Should I just ask him for allocation file instead?
