It will but refinery will be commissioned in 7 years .Many stages to go from Feasibility to FEED and construction to Commissioning. When Reliance was commissioned in Jamnagar in India peices raised by 300 percent there

A refinery when completed will have people working in it in the order of thousands. And those people will need places to live. Everything is based on supply demand. If demand increases, prices will definitely increase unless there is oversupply of plots/living options.

I am constructing a house in DHA Phase 2, Islamabad, size 500 sq.yard. It is 5 bedroom and three storey (including basement). It is corner plot. It will be ready by December 2008.
