DHA Quetta is ready to fly, Street lights on main boulevard is installed successfully and A block is getting ready for possession and balloting soon. We should try to buy it now as a very good return is expected this year.. :flg

Quetta is least expensive right now compared to other DHA's..Early Bird A block plots are above 100 lacs, it's a sure to be a good investment as sooner the price gap of open files will meet with 25 to 30% less then A block plots, Land files are way undervalued right now

Can't compare early bird with land files because early bird files are far fewer in number, similarly 4m commercial.. people can make such arguments and convince innocent buyers but once the number advantage goes away in future, people who bought land files are higher prices will suffer

As transformers have not been installed in any of the sector so if they at all decide to give possession it will be without electricity and sort of paper possession. Waiting for LRE/ CMY response on this important issue

I think reasonable timeframe of possession would be 18 to 24 months. Most of the things are ready. Electricity work started. If DHA want's, it can get the electricity work completed in 6 months in some sectors. But it depends on their desire.
But I think reasonable timeline would be to have possession open around june 2022.
