Anyone who is still thinking to buy a plot in prism ,can focus on two blocks
Block F
Block H
These r ring road blocks n will cross all other blocks on value.
In block F ,the area in front of CIVIC ZONE -2, is the most prime area n obviously most expensive area too, in future.

The f block of prism is almost totally allotted to army people,the best block no doubt.

The same plot C -41, by sep this year will be above 3:50 crore.....not a wise decision to sell it now..!!!
No other investment is better than PRISM at this time.

For 9 town ,if having a possession plot which is at present 80-85 lakhs...........shift over to E block plot ....not file.This will have greater gain comparative to the gains on the plots in A,B,C or D.

Very short time left in getting on board ......for Prism.The best investment of the time.Focus on F and H block as these have max room for the growth,comparing all other blocks.Moreover,DHA will give the possession to all blocks simaltaneously.So don’t get into this” selling stunts “.

Don’t go for possession factor,just focus on the location and easy/convenient approach which F and H block of prism enjoy.And for instance,suppose if block A,P,Q get the possession early (which won’t be),yet Block F and H will fetch more profit than any other block,due to their location n ring road factor.
