Dear MK

Your price plot demand like PCSIR-1 .........

Khawaja Sahib:

Sir, PCSIR-II, if not better than PCSIR-I, but also not inferior than it. Both socities have their own pros and cons. After the COMPLETION OF EXPO CENTER and in future five star hotel and commercial Centers will also be consructed in this area (near EXPO Center), this area will be most attractive.Location wise this is the best society of the Lahore.

Masood replied on Friday, October 21, 2011 08:59 AM PST

Dear MAK

My offer is 35 lacs. If it is ok plz e-mail me

Jameel replied on Friday, October 21, 2011 05:46 PM PST

correct price of plot is about 3.25 lac per Merla, but there are not many buyers for this society though location is great but it is too small and average maintenance, few interested people and delaers usually offer tough bargain prices.
Interesting thing about this is price is gradually coming down for last 5 years from 4 lac per Merla to 3.25 per merla.
Mak is looking for highest ever price.

Khawaja for Arabland replied on Friday, October 21, 2011 06:19 PM PST

Dear MAK

My offer is 36 lacs.I am coming Pakistan next week if u are agree send me mail

MAK replied on Friday, October 21, 2011 07:14 PM PST

Thank u all for ur comments and offers. But reality is that no one can find a 18M plot even of worest location in this society less than 55lac. The average location plots are available at 68 to 70lacs and good location are available at 70 to 78lacs. In 35-36 lacs one can purchase a worest location 9Marla plots. If some one want to sell his plot of 18M on the given offers then I am ready to purchase at least ten more plots. I think all my frieds has given offers without studying the market of this area. Wish good luck for all

MAK brother u may be right. I am not here to challeneg anyone but would like to share my personal point of view.

If one can have a 20 marla (1 kanal) plot in DHA Phase 6 at good location then why should this society be preferred?

DHA I

AOA

I have a file of DHAI Overseas bought some 4-5 years ago for 40+lacs ,now i have been offered from the DHAI to exchange it with some DHAI Ext2 file because it might be ready for possession before Overseas Block (there is no development in that area) is it worth to go for that deal.??

Razi replied on Monday, May 24, 2010 03:39 PM PST

Dear Khan,
Please understand that there is no compansation for your loss, however it would be even worse to go for DHA1-2 EXT. Overseas block is right on the Islamabad Highway while DHAI-2 Ext is across Sawan and much behind from Islamabad Highway. At present the file price is around 7-7.50lcas without the development charges (14.5 Lacs) in DHAI-2 and it will also take 4-5 years to develop it. However you may ask DHAI to allot you a plot in DHAI-2 Commoners Block which is almost develop and may be handed over by the end of this year.

Regards

A.Khan replied on Monday, May 24, 2010 07:27 PM PST

Thanks brother Razi, they are offering to exchange it in "E" block is it Commoners Block and should i go for it.

Razi replied on Monday, May 24, 2010 07:59 PM PST

Dear Khan,

If it is in Commoners Bolck then it is not mentioned as "E" only but with "EC" as Commoners has 4 blocks as BC, CC, DC, EC. So be careful only E means it is in DHAI-2 Ext. Please note that first Commoners was announced as DHAI-2 Ext but now they have changed its name to DHAI-2 Commoners. Hope it will clarify some of your queries.

Regards

Safwan Khan replied on Wednesday, May 26, 2010 12:12 AM PST

if they give you two "plots" go for it. 1 kanal plot sells b/w 27 and 35 depending on location so its up to you. DO NOT go for files, again DO NOT :)

khan replied on Thursday, May 27, 2010 01:17 PM PST

How many more Hamesh Khans do we have?

Our Financial institutes are producing sofisticated graduates like Hamesh Khan. LUMS and IBA claim themselves as producers of excellent Financial experts. Where are all these gradutes going? and what are they doing?

1. More ways to extract money from the people's pocket
2. More tax evadors
3. More loan grabbers
4. More crooks

May Allah save us all from all such Hamesh Khans

Sincere Honest Pakistani replied on Tuesday, May 18, 2010 01:52 PM PST

As many as the population of this country-100 only.

Salman replied on Tuesday, May 18, 2010 03:13 PM PST

Please refrain from stereotyping. Hamesh Khan is not a LUMS graduate. There are so many of LUMS MBAs who have made valuable contributions to Pakistan both in social sector and commercial enterprise.

Ethics or lack of it is an individual phenomenon and has nothing to with academic credentials which one is imparted through any institution.

I am aware that many second and third tier home-grown & purely profit motive driven academic institutions have this habit of maligning the top notch instiutions like LUMS and IBA and its nothing more than mere propoganda and i only smell of jealousy here.

msadiq replied on Tuesday, May 18, 2010 04:36 PM PST

I don't think Hamish Khan was a graduate of LUMS or IBA. Anybody who knows a little bit about BOP knows he was not deemed fit for the top job in the bank both by the bank seniors and the state bank. He was promoted and used by the Chaudhries as a front man for their interests. So how come LUMS or IBA to be blamed for this !

You are absolutely right that's why Pervez Musharraf Junior (Pervez Ilahi) has left for London.

nasir replied on Tuesday, May 18, 2010 11:10 PM PST

Mr. Zardari is from Harward.

Let's say its com'on phenomenon.

Miran Buksh replied on Sunday, June 6, 2010 01:38 PM PST

Hamesh Khan is Humayun Khan's son, who was kicked out with disgrace from Pakistan Air Force. His father Humayun is the biggest culprit. The guy married Hamesh's mother just because he had already made her pregnant. He then went off to the US and married another woman. His father is an evil man and eventually he was able to raise an evil son. Hamesh and his father are a disgrace to their family - they carry the bad blood of the family and both of them should be put behind bars forever...there's a lot more that the media does not know but enough said - its a freakin shame that Hamesh's grandfather from mother's side, his mother, his Dad and him - all nothing but evil and bad for the nation in their respective times.
