LDA vs Bahria Lahore

what is the current status of the issue between LDA n Bahria Sector D,E,F and orchid ? Any update

No issue as is, LDA have some objections on purchase of land, but will be resolved sooner or later.

Hi

I need expert opinions on Nargis Block (Bahria Town). Whether its good/better/best time to buy a plot there at the moment, as the prices got jump of about 8-10 lakhs/10 Marla within last 2 months (i.e From 22-25 Lakhs to 30-35 Lakhs per 10 Marlas). Please guide me with your suggestions.

DHA is a slow slagish and far less developed than Bahria..Bahria is definately a future

it does not matter if dha's footpaths are not nicely painted like bahria. What always matters is the LOCATION.

The facilities and the neighborhood developed in DHA took decades, you can't move a million people and public buildings to bahria in 5 years.

I agree bahria is fancy but bahria can't beat it any time soon.
Also, bahria prices may not be sustainable whilst dha had its steady and concrete growth over due period of time

@Bro Adnan and Luqman, Who bought here plot 5 or 3 or 2 or 1 year ago they know very well how much did they gain, more than 200% profit.
Where such profit you could gain, in Bahria, of course not. I don't speak just comparision in Pakistan but comparatively whole the world even not in Europe or America.

So who bought their plot in DHA any phase they have to say to ALLAH RABUL-ALLAMEEN thousands times ALHAMDULILLAH.

Its just matter of time when Bahria becomes "the location", I remember when DHA was started feelings were same :)
from infrastructure perspective, Bahria is the best. There is no match especially Bahria Rawalpindi/Islamabad. In fact there is more commercial related activities in Bahria Pindi then DHA Islamabad.

Because its a play ground for real estate dealers . Price hike in Bahria is artificial . good for very short term investment but not recommended for long term investment .

Well people have invested million and million of rupees in Bahria. And I have not seen any other place better than Bahria in Pakistan in terms of security calmness and cleanliness. I meet a lot of people who are happily investing in Bahria, So keep supporting bahria rather than objecting.
