Salam Mujahid bhai, how are you.. Virtually everyone saying bad about DHA Bwp saying how BWP will absorb more thank 8000 kanal plots as construction cost is too much on kanal plots.. and we can see the same by no interest of buyers even so much development is done... are you still positive?

Dha bahwalpur will absorb 12k plots and it will have more phases as well and they will get absorb too
Dha multan phase 1 have 50k plots and they will get absorb too and Dha multan will have more phases as well.
Dha are smart guys. These plots will hit 50 lac , crore , 2 crore and 3 crore with time.

Lahore 95% seller 5% buyer. Does it mean all lahore property is flop?

Dha multan 97 % seller 3% buyer is it mean its flop too ?

A few km away from Dha bahwalpur is Quaid e azam solar power plant. Only uneducated people will think electricty will be an issue there.

Dha Bahwalpur is most beautiful Dha than any other including Dha ph 2 isbd , Dha ph 5 lahore , and Dha multan.
As soon as home construction will start prices going to rise up. I beleive more chances of gain in Bahwalpur than Multan as bhawalpur has low no of plots which will easily consumed by that region.

Alright there are 12000 plots.
Already a user informed us about that area it has good population plus
There is cantonment.
Medical university.
Hospital.
Engineering university.
Quaid e azam solar power plant
And inside dha bahwalpur a big university cholistan and pakistab biggest shaukt khanum
High no of middle class who can afford
Doctors,professor,engineers,small businessman,Lawyers
Land in surrounding is full of landlords. Plus every year of that region including villages and cities yazman ,ahmed pur sharkia, and even Rahim yar khan moves there.
Dont u think Dha have done proper study before launching ..,....
Hashmi garden , model town will not becompareable to Dha in developemnt as well as future price.

Even CMY ch.mujahid yasin holding his kanal plot in Sector J.
If he knew this is flop he should have sold this and moved to 10 marla Dha multan or Dha queeta.

You can picture rosy picture, dont u think people know about all these features you are mentiining? Why there are no buyers even for possesion plots ?????

Fact is people of bwp is not interested in tgis project. If bought on today price in A in 30 add 22 of DC. Make it 52.. even if its not flop oroject after 5 years you will get 65 70. Is it worth it ???

There was a golf course planned initially, where has that gone? No where on map now. I heleive they gave scrapped the idea of golf course realizibg by now no need to spend on golf course on this project..

All are MOU nothing on ground. Where is mall ground breaking? Where is SKMH Ground breaking?

Dont go on MOUs , SKMH did Mou for DCK back in 2016 still not a single brick is laid

Property is down all over as i mentioned. And these new cities will take a bit time. Beside this in lahore Dha bahealpur office only 8-10 transfer happening daily

Thats inasane. Whether trx happening or not people should not sell anything even in wazirisital below two three lac marla even......and its Dha .surly boom will come

There is no such thing like flop project untill its a fraud ....Till Dha delivering people will keep attracting towards it and people will laugh at hashmi garden and model town ,or in multan on wapda town ,citi and royal orcahrd

Sir, people are not buying in 28 29 how they will buy in 1 crore later? As i said max price you will fetch after 5 years is 65 70, by that time it would cost you 52 as well. So spending 52 and getting 65 70 after 5 years is not worthy investment even if its not flop project.

Bwp buying power is issue that is main concern
