Please can you update the Bahria Town Lahore Sector D commercial boulevard betwwn sector AA & BB is this main boulevard completed or not

sec d bro day havent even purchased da land for for this project, y u think all of sec d is developed but this is remaing, the land owner is asking a lot of money.

As per my info they acquired the land between AA and BB and development will start soon if not started already. Those commercial plot are being sold for 95 lacs for now, once development complete (hopefully by December) same could touch 100+ lacs.

I could've wrong on acquisition of land but not on price being asked for 5 Marla commercial.

Bahria Sector D 5 Marla Commercial plots Available at 76 to 77 Lacs.
Bahria Sector D 8 Marla Commercial Plots at Facing Canal Road Ready plots Available at 14 to 15 Million Rs.

ZNS, yes the commercial plots of Sector D touched 95 lacs in May this year, but as you know at the moment there is not much activity in commercial investment in Bahria town lahore, so the rates of Sector D commercial have dropped down to 80 Lacs! but there has been no effect whatsoever on residential market!

Sector D & E Bahria Town Lahore Update

Bahria Town Lahore has slightly changed the map of Sector D AA Block. Bahria Town Lahore replaced school location in AA Block of Sector D with 30 (5 Marla Residential Plots from 824 to 853) and 18 (Commercial Plots (20 X 30)) from 13 to 30).
Main Boulivard of AA Block is fully developed.
80% of the roads of AA Block of Sectror D are completed.
development in Commercial on 100' road between AA and BB block is still not started. It seems there is some disputed land on 100' main boulivard.
Sector E Commercial development is in full swing.
Development in Sector D DD Block is also in full swing. 80' Main Boulivard in BB Block is under construction.
development in some patches of AA Block is under process.
There is no visible development activity in CC Block near Chambeli and Janiper.
The road from Bahria Main enterance to Overseas B along canal is 100% developed and completed. Street lights has been installed. Trafic sign boards has been installed. Footpaths and pavements has been completed.
Market Price trend in Sector D is on high side. Main Boulivard plot is on 4 Lac Own. Corner and park facing is on 3.5 Lac own. General plot is on 1 to 2 Lac depending on location. Plots near Boundary wall and poor location plots are on 40 to 80 thousand own.

Thanks for your feedback pls can you provide more information why development of main boulevard development have not started yet I have called one dealer he informed me that main boulevard will be 150 feet road

Shahzad bhai, DD block in Sector D is a new block? because when they launched Sector D, there were only 3 sectors, AA, BB, and CC. . . . now I'm observing the sector DD in posts and news paper ads. is this new sector?

I have noticed one thing the bridge over water distributory is being constructed to connect Sector D (AA & BB Block) commercial main boulivard to Overseas B main boulivard. There may be some issues in Land Aquisition. Main boulivard between BB and AA Block might be of 150' but it is still question mark. It might be the possibility that Bahria first complete residential area development then they will move towards commercial area development.

It is my pleasure to inform others. Yes DD Block in Sector D is a new block. Bahria launched it in January 2012. This Block has 200 (10 Marla) residential Plots and 31 (8 marla) Commercial plots.

10 Marla Corner or Park facing or Main Boulivard in DD Block is from 27 to 30 Lac.

Gentlemen.
AoA.

I will give a brief assessment of different commercial areas of BT Lahore & other societies around BT. This is my personal view & may or may not be correct.

1. I am not aware of the present prices of commercial plots in sector D.
2. At launch time prices of sector D commercial plots were almost at par with the prices of sector C commercial plots which, in my opinion, were not fair.
3. Sector D commercial plots on the canal are promising. However they are not at par with sector C commercial plots.
4. With the passage of time 4km long commercial area of sector C of BT Lahore with multistoried buildings on 210 ft. wide road will emerge as "Central Business District" of not only Entire BT Lahore but also of All other societies around BT Lahore because of its size, location, BT Educational, recreational & transport Facilities.
Guests at Bahria Grand Hotel will also increase the foot fall in this commercial area. Once the 150 ft wide road through the Meadows is extended to defence road most of the traffic from BT & other societies like PAEC, Canal residence, Superior Services, NFC2 etc to Universities & Societies on Defence road & to Bhopatian Chowk on Raiwind road will also pass through sector C commercial area.
5. Commercial areas of other sectors of BT or other societies in the area have much less potential as compared to sector C commercial area.

I know, for sure, there are much more experienced & informed members of this forum & request them to correct if I am wrong.

!. I am not aware of any BT Lahore plans to extend 150 ft wide road from Meadows to Defence road. However some maps show this.
2. In my personal opinion BT should go for this in the interest of BT in genral & Meadows in particular.
3. If you see the 150 ft wide structured roads of different schemes they never end up in a sector or part of a scheme. They are Thorough Fares. In my opinion this holds true for the 150 ft wide road to Meadows in BT Lahore.
4. This is just my opinion & may not necessarily be correct.
