Prices will be 16 times the price in 2020 (yet to come) but only 8 times what it is now

I hope you are right. Please focus on last line. It seems that in the bill, inflation factor will be ignored. At least in stock inflation factor is ignored.

L is never a good investment block.very close to village. You should not invest in such a plot. If you are really eager to buy it should not worth more than 9 million. It is all if you can wait for atleast 6 years gor possession

@ Tipu, plot no is 28-Block-E. Fazaia staff tell that plot is coming under ring road for sure, but they donot tell about the compensation policy.
