Dear brothers I have a question regarding evaluation of a 1-2 years investment plan.

Option1:
1) 5 marla Dha9 town
2) 1 kanal sui gas ph 2
3) 5 marla file dha rahbar2

Or

Option2:
4 marla commercial Dha rahbar phase 2.

Which is a better option for 1-2 year investment??

I will advise option 1

DHA TOWN OR DHA RAHBAR

both have possession
Both will get roads made around them
Both DHA just buy Average plot not too good not bad

DHA TOWN average plot 50-55 lacs
DHA RAHBAR mid to upper streets 45 lacs

DHA Rahbar phase 11, G & H blocks are the best options.
