Can somebody evaluate air avenue 130 feet main road R block 8 marla commercial plots prices. And also tell me if it's a good investment opportunity and how much gain in future is expected? And when will people start building plazas there?

Prisim 5 or 10 marla will be exempted from gain Tax

As new gain tax will be imposed on plot having 3 million rupees DC rates

So hopefully there would be no new gain Tax on prisim 5 or 10 marla

Ch Taj was in miserable condition yesterday as I thought he had purchased very costly property in recent past with the hope to sell it in near future😞😭😞
