I have applied NDC to sale my plot in prism through dealer but unfortunately he could not find the purchaser. Now what is advice to me that should I apply to DHA office to cancel my NDC or it will be automatically cancel after some time

No issue. Ndc have validity period. Just forget it.

it will be expired after a month. but if you want to cancel it than only that particular dealer can put up an application for cancellation who applied for it.

Dear,
Be aware of these prices as these prices are highly manipulated by the landowner who got 100s of files against the land. They approached all local agents and offer them 2% commission and raised the prices of 1500000 so fix new demand by the agent is from 70 lac to 85 lack for 1 kanal today.
the rest depends on your own decision.

Yes, seems very speculative prices to me. Buying in Gujranwala doesn't make sense at such rates, better off investing in Bahawalpur.

I think its difficult to find 10 marla plot in AWT Phase 2 under 40 laks now. What do you think Omer? But definitely a great option if you get able to find one.

@hassan..true but a couple of plots available in that range but of course the locations r terrible .average location 10 Marla is around 38 to 42 lakh , good location is around 42 to 45 lakh and excellent location in upto 50 lakh as per my knowledge. But still a great buy on these prices as this society located at prime junction

Agreed with Omer and Hassan.

AWt-2 has been one of the biggest success stories of last 2 years but not on the radar of many.

Possession,prime location and massive security due to being next to Raiwind palace.

Gains over last year have been over 50%. In Lahore only Bahria Orchard has had higher gains over 1 year

Further gains to be had from Lahore ring road completion. Thanks to Allah

Right now, with major infrastructure works all around Lahore, as CMY said, fundamentals are positive.

South side all societies are gaining more due to increased connectivity through Raiwind road expansions, Defence road, Alternate Raiwind road and Kahna Kacha flyover. A rising tide as they say, raises all the ships, so even historically weak societies like Chinar Bagh have gained.

The Ring road is also one major factor which will continue to put a positive impact on prices wherever it passes through, northern or southern side. As it comes closer to completion, the impact will be greater.

On the negative side, the new taxes will have an impact,greater on short-term flippers,lesser on medium and long-term holders. But overall should benefit the market by stopping it from over-heating and avoiding a 2008 Dubai like property bust which hurt everyone.
Whether the positive factors will override the negative ones, only time will tell.

Personally I feel, holders in weaker societies should utilise their recent gains and move to more prestigious societies like DHA or Bahria which will continue to give gains when the dust has settled. Again it depends on everyone's personal circumstances whether they want to use today's locked value to build a 1 kanal house in an average society in future, or a 10 marla house in a good society or a 5 marla house in a prestigious society like DHA.

@Nabeel: Do you think that it is right time to sell the plot in AWT Phase 2 and move to any other society? If yes that what are best options which can be purchased by selling a plot in AWT Phase 2 (10 Marla) lets say around 40 lakhs?

Wont suggest to sell plot at this moment..prices t moving up very slowly ,not stAtic.good gains on horizon.hold it if you can till end of 2016..no other possesion 10 marla plot avAilAble in yhis price in surrounding Area

You can buy still buy two 8-Marla Plots instead of one, or or one 16-Marla in Audit & Accounts Cooperative Housing Society, Phase 2.

But the fate of this Society will turnaround after passing of the Lahore Ring Road, Southern Loop (SL-2) through it near Kacha. I bet you will be the winner!
