Your assessment is less than of this plot is even less than starting rate of Lahorerealestate whereas location of thus plot is one of the best locations in Vakencia Town. Valencia has direct approach from Shaukat Khanum Hospital via Khayanan Jinah. Valencia is the best society in it's neighborhood .After completion of southern loop of ring road Vallencia will have another direct approach.
