Please let us not get into controversies. We cannot afford to waste time on the unending blame games. Obviously most people think that if their investment makes profit it's the result of their intelligent choice, and if it falls it is someone else's fault. Anyone here doing market analysis is not God. Based on changing market conditions one should adjust his/her investments and refrain from unproductive and useless blame game.

You should be thankful that CMY is spending great deal of his valuable time to educate you. Most dealers will prefer the opposite i.e., keeping you in the dark as much as possible. I am not CMY and I can assure you that CMY spent almost all night (last night) to update the maps and tons of free info on this site, so much that he was too tired and sleepless and could not come to the office today (Saturday) to make money. Had to take the day off on sick leave and still checked and updated current accurate rates for you while on sick leave. It is very easy to blame someone and it is very hard to do something productive and useful. It is true that it also helps CMY's business somewhat but I can swear he can make 10 times more money if he stops serving our mostly ungrateful people and just start making money like other countless property dealers who have not done even iota of general public service compared with service done by CMY. ( Moral: Kikkar Te Angoor Charhaya, Te Har Gujcha Zakhmaya ??? Not Sure... )

If you buy gold on someone's recommendation, then it goes up and you do not sell even at good profit. If the things change and the same person at some point says now based on current scenerios it seems it will drop and you choose to hold by your own free will. Then that is not his fault if gold goes down further neither it is gold's fault. It is the result of choices made by you at different points of time by your own free will and your own analysis or lack there of.

If a doctor examines you; gives a certificate of good health, and two years later you get a fatal desease, will you blame that doctor for the desease or you will seek necessary treatment to cure yourself.

The world of investment is not static, it's very dynamic. As the fundamental factors and ground realitites change so should the investment decisions, accordingly. If you think you are not learning from this site and have not benefitted by getting tons of free information, maps, charts, etc., thousands of pictures, and more than hundred thousand posts & replies here, then it's best that you stop bothering yourself and leave CMY alone. You do not deserve it (many others do).

This information here is meant for adults and grown ups. We repeatedly tell you to do your own homework before making any investment decisions to buy or sell anything. If you think we know for sure what will happen in future, you are nothing but befooling yourself.

And please note that if we get into clarifying the repeated, frequent and undending blame games we will not be able to run this site as we have limited energy and limited time.

Rizzak profit and lose is in the hand of Allah SWT and if it was with wise people fool would have died by now. illiterate are holding much of the wealth and many wise are struggling for survival.

We have to be thankful to CMY for his great contribution in making us to learn and keep up to date about real estate.CMY has brought a change, a revolution in the real estate sector by breaking the monoply of estate agents who use to think they could cheat any one by fooling the people. We have to understand that CMY looks after Lahore area real estate and provided an opportunity for the rest of the country people to post their ads on this website.

There are very few ads posted by other estate agents that educate people by carrying out anylisis giving pros & cons of the property and above all giving estimated prices of any property. I would suggest that no blame games to be encouraged on this website.

I believe that today’s buyer/seller are well informed by CMY. Buying selling prices vary constantly based on various factors, like area development, name of the area, environments in the area, personal reasons and overall economic political situation of the country.

It is some one's "personal will" whether to hold the property or he is in severe need of money and is in rush to sell the property.

At the end I would say that CMY is doing a great job and we all should be thankful to CMY for his great help by providing us, a system of one touch to read any newspaper to see any property, map or exchange rates etc.

I am addict to CMY website, I am not an estate agent but for my education I normally see CMY website 5/6 times daily. Whenever CMY gives his comments I always read them as they are worth reading for my better understanding. I pray for his health and prosperity.

CMY and a lot of other people here share with others their feelings, their analysis, and their views. No one forces us to do or dont do something. We all make our own decisions as free responsible and grown up people. One incident i always commend is that before my last visit to Pakistan i called CMY. He was having dinner at that time. He told me to call a few minutes later. I asked him about Sukh Chayn Gardens, he said it is good scheme. I told him i want to sell my 1 kanal plot in Bahria Sector B and buy 1 Kanal in Sukh Chayn. he said, "Dont do It". That is perfect example of his honesty because he could have made money on selling bahria plot and buying sukh chayn plot.

It's real shame that some people spoil it for others.

We should all be grateful to CMY for providing this protal and information which is enough for most people to make a decision. he is the only one providing this service for free.

At the end of the day everyone is responsible for the decisions they make and have no right to blame others.

Moderaters need to take a very strcit stance about any inappropriate/offensive/personal comments. Simply ban these people, which should discourage other trouble makers. Don't waste your time and energy giving explanations because you don't have to.

If somebody doesn't like any aspect of the site, they should simply stay away. After all this is a free website with no obligations.

Thanks to CMY and LRE for this resource. Keep up the good work guys and be strict on any trouble makers here. There are many people in Pakistan and overseas that appreciate your efforts.

With due respect i kind of differ from LRE. I have no doubt on CMY's honesty and his helpful contribution. But the way LRE used 'bold' font and the tone is very insulting and shows a very narrow minded mentality. CMY has spent so much time abroad and has a very good level of patience. He faces criticism and try to convince with logic. LRE could talk logically but the tone in the post is kind of threatning and i could feel that its morelike to please CMY, i would say Khushamid. As CMY used to live in europe and US, he has a very good personality. I felt so sad after reading LRE post.Its an insult to all readers of this website and you should talk with respect and logically instead of threatning everybody.

I am owner of a plot on 150 feet road in Block Z Phase 7. My plot number has been relocated in new map of Block Z. My question is, would I get old location on which there is new plot number or I would get same plot number which is on the new location now. Would location of my plot change or I would get same location and new plot number?

Like me there are over on hundred plots of 150 feet main road that have been relocated in a small area above Block Z phase 7.

Dear FM have you received official letter from DHA that your plot location have been moved. If not than please wait for DHA to inform you that your location is changed or plot number is changed. Please don't assume things and don't worry too much yet.

I am sure you will be officially informed from DHA if your location of plot is changed or its plot number is changed to match on new map. In my past experience other that DHA 8 X block renumbering I always saw people got many times better location if for any reason DHA needed to change your plot.
