The real estate market is currently showing positive movement, especially in lower-budget categories such as 5 Marla, 8 Marla, and 10 Marla files. Investors from across Pakistan are actively entering the Lahore market because DHA Phase 10 is considered one of the most promising future projects of DHA Lahore.

One of the biggest discussions in the market is related to FBR taxes and the 7E certificate. Investors are expecting positive policy changes in the upcoming federal budget.
