This adjustment specifically applies to cases where parking agreements are not concluded with the Traffic Engineering & Transport Planning Agency (TEPA).

The governing body has also approved the delegation of powers to TEPA officers, as outlined in the proposal. These empowered officers will oversee matters related to parking, enforcement, management of parking plazas, and right of way within TEPA’s jurisdiction.
