Aoa how is it possible that dha town rates are going down? It has developed and is an attractive site. 5 marlas buyers r mostly real buyers not invests. Is it just a guess by LRE team because no transactions are taking place or somebody has bought plot recently in lower price to confirm?

Dear Fawad sb, in this video , u mentioned that DHA Multan head office is planned at "Golf Avenue". In this regard I request you to clarify the following:
1.Exact location of Golf Avenue.
2,DHA Multan Head Office has been shown in Sector K map at top right corner .Should I take this as Golf Avenue ? If not ,then where is this Golf Avenue and has the planned location of Head Office been changed from what is indicated in Sector K map?
Please Clarify.

As per NAB report only 40% land has been acquired by LDA, which is also in patches

I think 8 months time frame of supreme court is going to be expired and after that LDA will submit it's report in SC which will clear some picture
A ballot date has already been declared by LDA back in 2017 and later on complete silence

For development Dha progress is bad then worse so what we can expect from LDA

DHA peshawer is flying high due to genuine market demand and buyers .viz a viz dha multan which has 50000 plots as who will buy them.may be after 10 years. it is my humble suggestion to all investors to join and jump in dha Peshawar where possession in A block is expected by year end..if u buy at around 1.15 crores now you can reap 35- 40 lacs in 6 months
