Aoa as a keen investor i would like to know how long this increase in prices in DHA town will continue and for 5 marla what is the roof? I know this is the right time to buy but what will be the right time to sell?

My humble opinion is that you have next six months to sell and the
prices should adjust for reality but there is still potential for marginal price increases.

Dear it depends upon your future plans either you're going for short term or long term investment / profit appetite vs risk appetite. Simply town is a mature Investement after possession
prices grow but lower than the immature project which is being developed to get possession Delievered.
If looking for mature investment with no worries low RoI then go for Town, if no then simply Prism is the hot options depending upon various fundamentals.

Both projects are branded, each is significant for its native or local investors. But one we talk about investment opportunities and we've have to compare more than one projects by same authorities we have to take in consideration some key point.
1) Your interest or personal satisfaction
2)
Location of the project
3) Development Status
4) Tentative Prices
5)Expectations from End Users

so we can say if you're interested in Peshawar go for that if in Multan choose it. If can adopt either option just taking in consideration fundamentals then Currently Multan is Better.
