Few-days back i return home, i want to buy 10 marla plot in Prism, because 10 marla fulfill my need, please suggust me in which block i should buy. I went to some dealers some are saying R is good and same saying C. Please give your valuable suggestions, i want to buy good one.

Dear All ,

Please suggest an investment upto 30 Lax with in Lahore.
I am somehow not convinced for Prism and Ivy green as I blv both will take very long time to get mature seems like 8 / 10 years. And meanwhile there are chances that prices will stuck or go down and finally up.

Locating a buyer for this plot is difficult but not impossible. The only problem is seller's unrealistic expectations of its worth, which is much above the plot's actual worth. Sorry for the open views but it is a fact.
