First Round of PRISM has been finished

Most of ppl where thinking Prism will not gain as mush but here they proved wrong, Prim on whole gain massively. I feel first round of PRISM boom has been concluded now let see when 2nd Round of booms starts.

It would be very beneficial for new ppl if experts can give their comments when 2nd round is expected in term of time lines and rates.

Timing of 2nd round of PRISM boom

Rate of Good Plot of Kanal, 10 Marla and 5Marla

Rate of Average Plot of Kanal, 10 Marla and 5Marla

Next Boom is Prism would come in December, 2016 and good location kanal plot would be around 150 lac and 10 Marla@ 80 and 5 Marla @ 50

None of these will come true, regular fluctuations will continue in prism and average/good location plot will be 125 (Max.) considering instalments due till Dec-16 are paid.

Habib saab when you say huge supply you mean Prism lots of plots will be offered for sale by those who can not pay all the development charges please enlighten. If that happens prices will they depress

There is no huge supply or something. DHA is regularly posting letters since long before. I have got all my letters and my relatives also got 3 weeks back. So there is no suprise Habib saab

I did Not Letter Yet, One of my relative bought from Army Quto and he got letter.
@ Hassan Supply and demand is imprtant factor in dtermining price it is more imprtant than any thing else, Demand is at slow pace all the time Rush of Supply shatter the Balance. It does not nmean that there is significant loss of price but had DHA sent letters in 3 Months Price must have crashed, That is why this unusual Phenomenon happended that 70% of Prism holders are waiting for letters even after 9 months.

I think now wait till visible development as no other big reason left for Prism in the short term that is.

Just like Phase 7 will wait for genuine home buyers as other milestones have been reached.
