1. Restore Cancelled LSC Files through Merging



  • Flexible Payment Options: LSC offers members the opportunity to restore cancelled files by merging them. Commercial files can be restored by paying 30-35%, while residential files require 40-45% payment through merging.

  • Why Merge?: Merging allows you to retain your investment and participate in the growth of Lahore Smart City.


2. Postponement of Location Cancellations



  • Decision Context: After consultations with sales partners and considering Pakistan’s real estate situation, LSC and Capital Smart City (CSC) have decided to postpone location cancellations until further notice.

  • Member Responsibility: While cancellations are on hold, members are still required to pay their installments promptly to avoid any future complications.


3. All Categories Files Eligible for Merging



  • Inclusive Approach: Not limited to LSC alone, all categories of files can be merged for installment payments.

  • Commissions: Any paid commissions on merged files will be deducted during the process.

  • Third Ballot Criteria: Stay tuned for the revised policy and criteria for the third ballot, which will be announced later.
