good time to buy 10 marla plot in prism

Dear friends,
Can someone pls advise is it good time to invest in dha prism 10 marla now or wait till development charges would apply and prices may drop?

Prism plots are transfered with only due instalments payment. Won't make any difference after actual amount announced. If people can pay 19 lacs in installments they can pay 20 lacs too.

After each Eid plots
prices rise sharply. Panic sellers have already sold their properties. They won't wait till development charges are announced.

Have money buy now. Wait only makes plots more expensive and out of reach.
