IVY GREEN 10 marla plot in z3 compared to Multan DHLA 1 k file

suggestion required from Mr. CMY

i have 10 marla plot in Z3 ivy green next to corner. i also have a 1 k file in DHA Multan WHICH i bought through your office.

should i keep ivy green plot or sell and buy another file in dha multan.

currently dealers telling me 42 lakh for z3 ivy plot.

Dear Mr Khan can you share with us the approximate location of plot in Z3, I may not be buyer for that particular plot but if I buy any it will help me to do some plus minus to determine how much to offer. Currently my rough idea is 40 for average location.
At this stage I am preferring it, as looks it will be handed over in 1,2 years along with Lower cutting of DHA 7,
