They say a picture is worth 1000s of words. I will let this picture to speak to you clearly explain why Prism has far better location than Ivy Green DHA7 etc


Why Prism better location matters?
Property location always 1st thing before any one invest. Plot on same street could have 20 to 30 lacs price difference just due to location.

In Real Estate most important thing is location location and location.

value of
location is in the eye of the beholder to a certain extent.
personally, i do not prefer corner plot, right across the park, next to airport or congested high-ways.

people and general market may put a different value to location than my preference. the point being your general blanket statement does not translate to individual preferences.

Prism's location is great but for my preferences, I would rather settle in Phase 7, away from the hustle/rush/smog of ferozepur road and LRR and noise of airport

With the passage of time , all DHA phases
will be having same ( except some great
location plot) value ,for some people Phase
9 is convinent to live and for some Phase 7 , 8

Location has several aspects and roads is one of them. Travel distance of phase 6 and 7 is far less than phase 9 so I disagree with your assertion CMY. Please visit the area and especially driving distance from Gul interchange and the congestion till phase 9 to feel the location. Regards.

Mysteries of IVY green

Dear CMY,
we hear a lot of hue and crew about DHA 9 prism, But Mysteries of IVY green are deepening
I have few Questions About this Block please answer

There are 2400+ plots in the Ballot result
Only 10 merla are 1334 But 10 merla Plots on the map are less why?
5 Merla Plots are 467 in ballot but on map are more.
I Think there are No OLO { army] Plots are that is why people think the Ballot was fair
Why we dont hear any comments or price inquiry of these plots, who are holders??.
If most are still will investor/DHA then how they will be sold in market

I can only Conclude that the map of IVY green is in fact bigger than what we have now, But the remaining area is with investor or DHA that is why no one is saying I have so so plot number but not showing on map

I think Ivy-Green is currently very much underestimated as a sector of DHA. Its dynamics are connected to fast pace development work. The sooner they start development that is visible, the better it shall become.

Once development of approach roads and few internal roads commence, we may witness a healthy jump in its current
prices.

So I concur with Jameel sb. and his assessments about Ivy-Green

I agree with Jameel sb, some mystery is behind Ivy Green.
Whole LRE site is fill with Phase-9 questions, investors, suggestions, Phase-9 promotions, estimations etc
Why nobody ask any question about Ivy Green?
Either there are very few
files sold in market before ballot, so very few people got the plots that's why nobody is asking about it?
Earlier CMY sb was in favor of Ivy green once its map was out. Suddenly, after phase-9, he kept quiet & put it on back burner.

i have 10 marla plot in Z3 ivy green next to corner. i also have a 1 k file in
DHA Multan.

should i keep ivy green plot or sell and buy another file in multan.

currently dealers telling me 42 lakh for z3 ivy plot.

Lahori Guy, it is not matter of interest it is some anomaly, why in 3000 Plots holder no one is interested to Know, How about this
Location, what is price estimation should I sell or keep it.
I am thoroughly convinced that IVY green will be relaunched by DHA/Main Investor after some initial development is there that is why they are so rampant in Making wall and starting development.
DHa 9 now belong to people that is why there is so much concern.
