i have 4 five marla files in prism.
i also have holding power, however, i prefer to sell one plot by january 2016.
please advise which plot i should dispose of, right now, or after few months

K 1906
J 1955

R 1499 very good large road plot.
K 1906 Not worst but week
location. Hold or exchange by adding money
J 1955 Ok to hold for 5 years
J 1288 Sell this. Not worth waiting 3 to 5 years.

Please do fill this >>> Contact LRE form so in case plot next to you is for sale you could make pair or sell your plot in form of pair to get better price. Many times two brothers want to have plot next to each other so pay extra money.

Every plot holder in Prism should fill this form to have extra benifit for buying selling in pairs. Pairs are hard to find and even week location can be sold in pair. If you are not selling even in next 5 years giving LRE your contact can hurt you in any way. Many very dishonest dealers bribe DHA staff to get your private phone info and start calling you anyway. Hang up on them quick before they trap you into selling a good location too early. Attn Block B

We love your efforts going place to place and taking pics to help people, please I need your depth analysis on the bigger pocket of "Area Excluded" in DHA-9 Block B, why it is left as is by DHA and when you say its property of DHA how much are you sure abt it and if so then what DHA can plan here to develop.
Please spare some time to answer as this question is in many of the mind and different dealers making it worst area to scare investors.

Jimmy Area Excluded is not a pocket. It is DHA property but left unplanned. I am sure about it for two reasons.

1 - I went to DHA office Phase 6 and asked . They told me that DHA cannot show any ones property as DHA in their map by Law.
If you look at Map, DHA has marked a boundary around B and even Excluded areas . DHA is so much cautious thaat they removed 2 house from their map (Near Excluded area). Had it been not DHA land they had to mark it outside DHA for legal reasons. Anyone can file a case against DHA if they include someone else property in their map and show it as their property.

Dont make fool of people that area is Farmanites Proposed M block and they refuse to sell to dha for a moment later if they sell or not sell its not clear.
Hopefully dha file buy this area.

Jimmy you can see in map that boundary behind your plot is very straight so you should have guessed that there is no village there and if you look on google you will know that there is no village.

Dont feel worried. It is very much clear that this area will be developed first

Khurram i am not making anyone fool. I am not dealer and i will be least bothered if he keeps or sell the plot. I do my own research and guide honestly

Go to formanites.pk

If we assume you are right than Formanites administration is pretty dumb not to show it as part of their own map but letting DHA show ...

Block B, thanks for your effort on helping us on this forum...

Can you comment on Q-Block Boundary wall, I have plot facing boundary Q-585. There is brick unit below the boundary wall which I am not sure owned by DHA or some private person.

I read some where on this blog that land below Q block is reserved for some university? please comment on that if not.

location if not too good.

To all who have concerns of Aera Excluded let me finish this confusion once for all. I am planning to go to DHA office from the last 2 days and could not get up earlier after taking lexotanil 3mg and also due to my age factor.
Once I am gone there I will make sure not to return without getting the authentic answer not from a clerk staff of DHA but from a reasonable authorities, I might get chance to meet Brig. Babar and will ask the same. So bro till then wait for my post.

Yes 585 is on boundary . The area is not DHA owned . Good things is that there is no village so right now it is not as dangerous as it looks. Hope that something good is developed there....

If Askari comes there or anything else but good one then,,, I will purchase one more Plot in Block B or will make pair with mine (allotted one). To me I like this block that to escape from 9 easy to run and to enjoy go deep close to Polo ground and sounding area.

People are in panic!!! Everyone was expecting 70Lacs (without dev charges)+ profit but this is not the case currently. The
prices would be better in next 1.5 years.... Insha Allah...

I bought a disputed plot @ bpundary wall -parkview in 2012.... and sold it in 2015 @ 3 times of the purchase price..... Donot worry abt location.. just wait ....

Dear khurram,

Your analysis are NOT correct with regards to the
location of Formanite Society. In a latest post, kindly check my latest update where you will find the Formanite society clear showing it is away from Excluded Area of DHA.

I agree with Phase-B as this area is being acquired by DHA and discussions are being done internally between Askari & DHA. So very soon a decision will be made and then if becomes a part of DHA, then DHA will issue a mini ballot for Such areas within Phase-9.

So eventually Block-B is going to be the Best Block of DHA linking phase-9 with Phase-5 & LRR.

I as an investor point of view highly recommend to buy plot in Block-B of phase-9.
