Youhanaabad is almost half cleared already. Chances are this village will be entirely gone well before possession of Prism H Block is given here. DHA is not going to allow any passage here from its roads.
Many other villages in Prism are lot smaller than when map was drawn for Prism about 4 years ago. You will see more maps revisions of DHA9 Prism in future for sure. Plots near villages will see
location getting better with each map change.
