I am planning to purchase one facing 150ft plot near to 45 or 46 and there is one more on offer plot # near to 18 or 20.

He is asking for 52 million (520 lac) for plot near to 45 or 46 and 49 million (490 lac) for plot near to 18 or 20...

What do you think should be my offer to him ?

Others Block Plot Holder : i have village attached with my block
R Block Plot Holder : No, there is no Village with R block.

Others : I have all my block boundary with the factories.Otherwise Farm Houses.
R Block : With R block , only one factory with minimum area attached.

Others: My block is very far from already developed dha area.
R Block : R is the nearest 5 marla block to already developed dha area.

Others : my block is attached to some bad developed socities.
R block: R block dont have this case. I have heard DHA site office in R block :D
