Umer, Your plot is located at the far east end of P9 and it is east of of Niaz Nagar. It is not a good location.

Sairah K...an assesment by a layman...both plots are located adjoining/next to Phase boundary...that being a demerit to an extent...however, M-1129 has an upper edge being in proximity to Shopping Mall and Oval Complex..wish u best of luck....Regards

K318. Above avg as its corner but a bit off. May by Dha will take over tthe portion of factory as u can see roads going towards the pocket of land
J874 below avg as its posit of ring road and a bit off in the j sector as well
Q624 good location
L1542 may be OK. Bit far from nalah. Close to entrance.

Nahi mere Bhai, honestly I trusted CMY Sab's posts and got motivated to buy something in Pakistan 1st time. Took loan from bank here and invested in Prism9 :)

Each file costed me 37 Lac and my more than 50% loan has also been finished :)

If these deals would be profitable then would like to move forward..

Taha bhai, your M-604 is a good plot. Right on the main road and near the middle of the Phase. Should hold as it will appreciate. H-1322 does not seem to be that attractive. Just my 2 cents :)

SK, I am by no means a real estate expert or evaluator. Having made that clear I like the location of M-1129 as it is close to the shopping mall and oval complex.

Please spare sometime and help this brother out. Candid and brutal view on plot M-786 (1 Kanal). Would love to have my home address as House # 786 but do not think this plot is worth contructing a home as it falls between Anmol Housing and Gov't Employee Housing. Your views? Anybody else?

I was just looking at Google maps!! the surroundings are developed already due to these societies, which is a good sign. Over and above they have boundary walls, so no matter how they look like from inside!! In my personal opinion it would not be treated as a bad location rather an average one. Furthermore, it might get better access in further as Rohi Nala road is connecting it with FP Road.

I am hoping for the same thing. Fingers crossed. Key would be if it gets or develops a decent access to FP Road because that would really cut the commute time.
