I have got B494. B blocklooks like good as it is adjacent to Phase 5 M and Askari ... I am just worried why they have left so much unplanned space

i,m being optimistic now , may be my boundary plot R-218 which is facing 9-town gives me great returns being part of already developed and populated 9-town (after 2-3 years)
