Grey Structure means House without Flooring Tiles/ Marble No Wood work No Doors except main gate and No Bath room Fitting No kitchen fittings. Only Structure rough Floor and Plaster and roof Tiles.

According to DHA Bye Laws it is impossible to get Completion certificate at grey structure stage. We are not updated on NFC 1, But it seems like not possible there as well
