CMY sb now you have seen awami villas model by yourself, so what is your opinion about it from living as well as investment point of view and where is its exact location in Islamabad?

You cant have a better bargain then that for living ( 3.5 lacs and 5 lac with five marla land )

Today I had uploaded dozens of pictures on Pakrealesatetimes.com for Awami Villas but mistakenly deleted whole thread. I will repost pictures for Awami Villas again very soon.


For investment only it is only good if you hold the investment for min 2 years. Transfers are not allowed for two years to protect poor people so they can still afford these low cost houses
