سی ڈی اے کی غیر قانونی تعمیرات کے خلاف متعدد کارروائیاں۔ درجنوں غیر قانونی تعمیرات مسمار۔ 4 کنال اراضی واگزار

اسلام آباد: (پ ر: مورخہ 14 دسمبر، 2021): وفاقی ترقیاتی ادارے (کپیٹل ڈیولپمنٹ اتھارٹی) کی انتظامیہ کی ہدایت پر شعبہ انفورسمنٹ نے منگل کے روز بری امام، جابہ تیلی اور سیکٹر G-7/2 میں غیر قانونی تعمیرات کے خاتمے کے لئے گرینڈ آپریشن کئے۔

تفصیلات کے مطابق بری امام کے علاقے نور پور شاہاں میں سرکاری اراضی پر کچھ قبضہ مافیا نے غیر قانونی تعمیرات کرکے قبضہ کیا ہوا تھا۔ ان غیر قانونی قابضین کو سرکاری اراضی خالی کرنے کے لئے قبل ازیں نوٹسز جاری کئے گئے تھے تاہم غیر قانونی قابضین نے نوٹس پر عملدرآمد نہ کیا جسکے بعد ضلعی انتظامیہ اور اسلام آباد پولیس کی معاونت سے بھر پور آپریشن کیا گیا اور اس آپریشن کے دوران 17 غیر قانونی کمرے بھاری مشینری کی مدد سے مسمار کرتے ہوئے 4 کنال سرکاری اراضی واگزار کرالی گئی۔

علاوہ ازیں محلہ چھجار بری امام میں بھی کارروائی کرتے ہوئے 3 غیر قانونی کمرے، 1 واش روم، 1 کچن اور 2 چار دیواریاں گرائی گئی۔ اس موقع پر ضلعی انتظامیہ کے افسران اور اسلام آباد پولیس کی نفری سی ڈی اے عملے کی معاونت کے لیے موجود تھی۔

اسی طرح سیکٹر G-7/2 میں سی ڈی اے سہولت مرکز کے عقب میں گزشتہ دنوں گرائے گئے غیر قانونی تعمیرات کی چیکنگ کے دوران دیکھا گیا کہ کچھ لوگ دوبارہ سرکاری اراضی پر تعمیرات جاری رکھے ہوئے تھے جبکہ 1 نیا کمرہ بھی بن رہا تھا جسکے خلاف فوری کارروائی کرتے ہوئے تمام غیر قانونی تعمیرات کو دوبارہ مسمار کردیا گیا۔

علاوہ ازیں جابہ تیلی میں سرکاری اراضی پر نیا گھر تعمیر کرنے کے لئے چار دیواری بنائی گئی تھی جسکے خلاف فوری کارروائی کرتے ہوئے متذکرہ چار دیواری مسمار کر کے سرکاری اراضی پر قبضہ کی کوشش ناکام بنا دی-

اس موقع پر سی ڈی اے انتظامیہ نے انفورسمنٹ ڈائریکٹوریٹ کی کارکردگی کو سراہتے ہوئے کہا کہ سرکاری اراضی پر قبضہ کسی صورت برداشت نہیں کیا جا ہے گا اور قبضہ مافیا کے ساتھ آہنی ہاتھوں سے نمٹا جائے گا۔

Islamabad: Chairman of the Capital Development Authority along with member engineering and senior officers on Monday visited Rawal Dam Interchange and 7th Avenue Interchange project and inspected the progress of construction work.

On this occasion, the CDA chairman directed the concerned officers to install reflectors around Rawal Dam Interchange site to facilitate commuter as well as to complete the slip roads of the project and open them for traffic this month............

ISLAMABAD: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) chairman on Monday ordered opening of all four slip roads of the under-construction Rawal Dam Interchange for traffic by the end of this month.

The Capital Development Authority (CDA) chairman on Monday issued directives while visiting the Rawal Dam Interchange project sites.

The interchange worth Rs1.1 billion is supposed to be completed by October. However, so far, around 40pc work on it has been completed......

Is real estate business in names of govt bodies legal, asks IHC CJ
ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Monday sought final arguments from attorney general of Pakistan in a case against real estate business in the names of government organisations.

Chief Justice Athar Minallah, hearing the case, remarked that apparently real estate business by the government institutions was illegal practice. At the outset of hearing, Deputy Attorney General Syed Tayyab Shah said that a summary would be moved to federal cabinet this week in light of the directions of this court.

The chief justice asked whether these institutions could do real estate business with their names. The court remarked that it was a conflict of interest. The court said that Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) was to take action against illegal housing societies but it itself was involved in such business. The chief justice remarked that this court would take a decision after listening final arguments on the subject as it was a matter of basic human rights.

31 illegal residential units identified in MHNP
Islamabad: The relevant authorities have identified thirty one illegal residential settlements built in the recent years in Margallah Hills National Park (MHNP) in violation of the Islamabad Wildlife Protection, Preservation, Conservation and Management Ordinance 1979.

According to the details, the Google Earth imagery, onsite pictures and field surveys have been used to identify encroachments that included 14 residential settlements in Nurpur Shahan, 12 in Saidpur and five settlements in Gandhian areas.

An official of the climate change ministry said any action against these illegal settlements in the national park would be taken with the help of the Capital Development Authority (CDA), adding “The proper demarcation of the boundaries will help prevent encroachment and illegal occupation of land in the national park.”

He said: “We will seek assistance from the Survey of Pakistan for demarcation of the national park and introduce a proper mechanism to protect its forest area and wildlife species.”
