Thank you for your info Mr Mir. Is it the only agent? and how reliable is it? I have been robbed by an agent (Lucky Public Services) in Lahore who took money in advance and later returned my documents after 2 months without attestation. so I am in a fix as I am in Dubai and can't travel.

Dear Saeed, the courier service UPS courier Lahore , I think DHL office in Gulberg will do the needful for you,I have attested all my documents from them always. they will take 1 month in normal case and 2 weeks for urgent.

UPS courier service in lahore will do the attestation from UAE embassy in islamabad.Sorry I mentioned DHL it is only UPS not DHL.the contact details are same as mentioned above.

Dear Sirs
I saw a new map of phase 5 lahore. I think the people who made the map and plannedblock L and K beleive no muslim live in these two blocks. There is no mosque in these two blocks where as other blocks having mosque in each. Please do the needful and afraid of Allah. First they have a mosque in K block map now no mosque in these two areas.

ALLAH always helps even we don't ask for help. Just realize one could have been hit by an accident... but it is Allah who helps throughout the way to avoid accident.

Always ask ALLAH for help. It will be counted as a good deed and will be added in our account book (which will be shown to us on the day of judgement).

It is your belief in ALLAH that helps you, if you belive in ALlah naturally you will ask for help from ALLAH. if you dont believe then you will not ask for help from ALLAH.

Ask for help with full Faith and only from Allah , Help will be there for you for sure.

I living saint, when this saint can live in our society and live happily, why can't we. He is an example.I feel ALLAH may forgive our sins because of such people. We are planning to leave pakistan because of the crisis situation, but thi man has lived all his life in such situation and still stays "I am pakistan". I love such a country.It is the heart that needs to be corrected and then human turns out to be good.
And the best source to correct our own heart is "Fear and Love of ALLAH".And the rememberance of our death which is to come soon.

DHA Lahore phase 8 future

Dear Chaudry Sahib,

It would be very nice to get some adviseon the future of DHA PHASE 8, specially the commercial plots. My concerns are

1) nearly how long we would have to wait for the plots to be delivered to the owners.
2) Is this a good Phase comparing to the rest of the DHA lahore PHASES.
3) Practically when this phase will be liveable. and also the enterance to PHASE 8 Lahore is good or there are somedrawbacks for this phase.

I think DHA phase 8 plot in CCA1 or CCA2 are good investment but DHA CCA6 is far better option because its ready now.
1) My estimate is its 2 to 3 years wait to get a ready to construct plot in DHA 8.
2) DHA 8 location was good and hope was that it would be the best phase. But when map of DHA 8 was release its had all villages still on map and has no plan to clear these villages. In past phases DHA admin bought and cleared many villages in DHA 6 and even in some parts of DHA7. Due to many villages and few graveyards in middle of many blocks DHA 8 plan is not looking as good as DHA 5 6 7.
3) This phase will be livable in 5 years at max. Entrance is very good as two ring road interchanges connect to DHA 8.

Best block is W and second best block is T. lowest priced block is S where you can buy a plot in 40 to 45 lacs.
