Experts need an honest advice where to invest grand avenue, central park, Dha phase 9 prism, or state life extension of g block and j block

Dear Sir,

Phase 9 Prism is the best option for now and for the future as well, be comfortable in investing in prism as it will serve you very well.

I believe kanal is the best option but my budget is 70-80 lacs is it possible for me to grab it

Nabeel® replied on Monday, August 29, 2016 07:21 AM

Only poor location 1 kanal plots are available in 80. As all the signs are pointing to a correction, I think its better to wait for the market to bottom before making a purchase decision.

@Nabeel brother please enlighten me what is the parameter to guage the bottom or top about the market?do you have any? prism file rate is 78 lac whose location will be unknown. you are here advising him to wait as if by waiting he could buy a good location plot in prism in 80?
No offence meant but it will not be the case

Choose any of 2 options from below

5 Marla Prism Plot +
10 marla Central Park OnGround/Possession OR
DHA Multan 1 Kanal File (Only If Price goes below 38)

In your budget of 80 Lakhs, you can get 2 options from above 3. These all are equally Good (Prism on top of this)

Brother Malik, I haven't said good Prism plots will come down to 80. I think CMY sb & Jameel Sb have already mentioned that the market has started to correct and I would rather believe them. Disappearance of buyers from market is a reality & not a good sign.

Of course the level of correction will remain to be seen. As poster has mentioned he is looking for an "urgent investment",hence buying for "investment" in a correcting market doesn't make sense as investors are looking for imminent gains, why would they buy now when gains are not imminent in short-term? Its like trying to catch a falling knife. Its better to closely track the market and buy when its bottomed out. When exactly the market bottoms out is anyone's guess.
